-:SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:-
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy
will apply to any order placed by you with us (“PayOff Retail”).
SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
We fulfill our shipping process via “Shiprocket”, a third-party supplier managing our inventories
and who will be responsible for shipping all our products.
Shiprocket, is a product of BigFoot Retail Solution Private Limited, is one of India’s largest tech-
enabled logistics and fulfillment platforms that aims to democratise the e-commerce landscape of
the country. With tie-ups with multiple courier companies, e-trailers can manage their orders and
day-to-day operations and shipments of the orders, optimising shipping, tracking, and much more
under a single platform.
Shipping and Returns:
We offer free shipping across India on an order placed of a minimum amount of ₹500 (Rupees
Five Hundred only). Order once placed shall take a minimum of 3-7 working days for it to be
dispatched and shipped except union territories. Normally orders placed before 11(eleven) a.m. on
a business day, we aim to ship the product on the same day, provided that card security checks are
complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed post 1 (one) p.m.
shall be shipped in due course of the process. Orders placed on a non-working day shall be
dispatched on the following working day.
● As per Indian calendar year, days which are considered as holiday period (Diwali, Holi,
etc.) and national holiday such as Republic Day and Independence Day i.e. January 26 and
August 15 shall be considered to be holiday periods and during such holiday periods, there
can be processing and shipping delays.
● The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes (Post office boxes with a number in a post office
to which your letters and parcels can be sent for collection) or military addresses. Rural
domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
● Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be
shipped in 3-7 working days.
What shall be the delivery charges?
Delivery charges shall vary from vendor to vendor.
Vendors incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a
nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to
understand the delivery charges levied on individual products.
In cases of refusal by the user / customer, either the cost of the goods or return service costs as per
shiprocket’s terms and conditions shall be assessed on the user / customer.
Seller does not / cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your pincode on the product page to know whether the product is available and can
be delivered at your location.
In case if you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping
address shall be used to check for serviceability of the order placed.
Shipping of the products to the location shall depends on:
● Whether the vendor shall ship the product to your location;
● Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location;
● The availability of reliable courier partners at your location.
Non - Shipment of any product to a certain location shall depend on the vendor’s discretion.
Non-availability of Cash on Delivery (COD) option in my location?
Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing at your location to
accept cash as a payment mode at the time of delivery of the product.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending upon the
destination and there may be a case where your order value might have exceeded this limit. By
entering your pin code on the product page availability of COD shall be displayed.
Incase of a return of an item; how to arrange a pick-up of the product?
Returns are easy. You shall initiate a return by clicking on the tab “return” under the product
delivered receipt in my order summary.
Wherever possible Shiprocket Logistics shall facilitate the pick-up of the product to be returned.
A SMS / e-mail containing your package tracking information, delivery partner and tracking id
shall be sent to you on confirmation of the order, its dispatching and its shipment. A tentative
date of delivery of the product shall be made available on placing of the order.
Cancellation of Order by User
After placing an order, customers can only cancel the order once the order has been delivered.
Once the order is placed the customer shall not have a right to cancel the order. For cancellation
of the order once placed, customers can cancel the same under the cancel tab available as options
below the order summary.
In case of Perishable Goods
In case a customer wants to cancel the order for a perishable product, the cost of such cancellation
of the product and the entire cost of such perishable product shall be borne by the customer.
Cancellation of Order by PayOff Retail:
PayOff Retail reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at
an incorrect price or for any other reason whatsoever. This shall be regardless of whether the order
has been confirmed and / or payment has been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and
the customer shall be informed about the same stating the reasons for such cancellation of the order.
Our Replacement Policy:
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.
However, there is a remote possibility that:
• the item may be damaged during the transit;
• there might be a manufacturing defect;
• a wrong item is delivered to you.
• In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the
request for replacement of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No
replacements will be allowed after the order is dispatched, except for the reasons given above.
• To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for such replacement. Only
after receiving our confirmation for such replacement, you are requested to send the item back to
us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall
not be responsible for any items sent to us for replacement without our confirmation.
• Replacement requests must be made within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the product.
• There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons
• In case of COD order’s replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items
thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to the recipient not
available / premises locked, etc, the customer shall still be charged for the order by a deduction in
Items Damaged in Shipping:
PayOff Retail is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the transit.
Customer shall be liable to provide an adequate reason for such replacement of the product only
in cases if the product are found to be damaged.
